Mid Argyll Community Pool is considering a programme of refurbishment work to bring the building up to modern standards. Our facilities are approaching the end of their useful life and significant investment over the next 2 or 3 years is crucial to ensure that the pool continues to offer an excellent standard of service.

It is our intention to bring the existing building back into repair and to look at ways of providing additional sources of revenue to further our independence and to improve our sustainability.

I would like to invite all community members to a public meeting at 6.30pm on the 20th November 2013 to be held in the meeting room at the pool.

The purpose of the meeting is to give the community an overview of the current state of repair and to find out what, if any, additional facilities and services community members would find valuable.

As you know the pool has limited meeting space. I would therefore be grateful if you could let me know if you can attend by emailing me (by 15th November) on hello@macpool.org.uk
