Do you want to learn a skill that could save lives and provide you with career opportunities across the globe? We’re running a lifeguard training course later in August. Successful participants will receive an internationally recognised qualification from the Swimming Teachers Association, which could help them find work on poolsides anywhere in the world.

If you’re over 16 years old, can swim 100 metres on your front and on your back and can swim 20 metres in 20 seconds then you meet the minimum requirements for the course. You’ll also need to dive to the bottom of the deepest part of the pool.
